When will my order ship?

Our Founding Launch pre-order window has now closed and we are not currently taking new orders. Orders placed during that window are dispatched within 8-10 weeks of purchase. Once shipped, delivery times vary by destination - the estimated delivery date was shown at checkout before payment and is confirmed in the order confirmation email.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide, including New Zealand, Australia, the UK, all EU countries, Canada, the US, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, and the UAE.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order any time before it's fulfilled - just email hello@wtfjournals.com and we'll take care of it.

What is your return policy?

We offer 30-day returns from the date of delivery. Customers in the EU and UK also have a 14-day right of withdrawal, and a legal guarantee that the goods conform to the contract. See our Return and Refund Policy page for full details on how to start a return.

What are the journals made from?

Our journals are made from vegan leather, designed to be durable, flexible, and cruelty-free.

Can I customise my journal?

Yes! Each journal is refillable and undated, so you can use it at your own pace, start and stop, pick it up again after a low energy week or month without the guilt. Choose from Graphite, Bone, or Choc Brown, and select Left or Right Handed inserts to optimise your writing experience

When will I be charged?

Your card was charged at checkout to secure your Founding Launch pricing and reserve your journal.

Who is your EU Responsible Person?

Under the EU General Product Safety Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2023/988), products sold to consumers in the European Union by a business established outside the EU must have an EU Responsible Person. Ours is:
