Under the EU General Product Safety Regulation, products sold to consumers in the European Union by a business established outside the EU require an EU Responsible Person. Our EU Responsible Person details will be published here and on individual product pages before we accept orders from EU customers.

We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. Where we process the personal data of individuals in the European Union or United Kingdom, we do so in accordance with the GDPR and UK GDPR. Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@wtfjournals.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days and to resolve issues directly wherever possible.

If we cannot resolve a complaint to your satisfaction, consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom may refer the matter to their national consumer protection body or an approved alternative dispute resolution provider. New Zealand consumers may contact the Commerce Commission or the Disputes Tribunal. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
