Tax registrations

New Zealand GST: registered. GST at 15% is included in the prices shown to New Zealand customers.

United Kingdom VAT: registration in progress with HM Revenue & Customs. Our VAT number will be published here once issued.

European Union: VAT and import duties are calculated and collected at checkout on orders delivered to EU member states, and are shown separately in your order total.

United States: import duties are calculated and collected at checkout and are shown separately in your order total.

For all other destinations we do not collect import duties or taxes at checkout. Please see our shipping policy for what that means for your order.

Under the EU General Product Safety Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2023/988), products sold to consumers in the European Union by a business established outside the EU must have an EU Responsible Person. Ours is:

We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. Where we process the personal data of individuals in the European Union or United Kingdom, we do so in accordance with the GDPR and UK GDPR.

Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@wtfjournals.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days and to resolve issues directly wherever possible.

If we cannot resolve a complaint to your satisfaction, consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom may refer the matter to their national consumer protection body or an approved alternative dispute resolution provider. New Zealand consumers may contact the Commerce Commission or the Disputes Tribunal. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
