Overview

This website is operated by WTF Journals, trading as WTF Journals. By visiting our site and purchasing from us you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Our products

WTF Journals sells physical journals, planners, paper inserts and related accessories. We also intend to offer digital products, such as downloadable planner inserts, in future. Where digital products are offered, the terms below apply to them in the same way unless stated otherwise.

Product descriptions, images and specifications are as accurate as we can make them. Colours may appear slightly different on screen compared to the physical product due to monitor settings.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change pricing at any time.

Preorder orders (current launch phase)

Our founding launch is being sold on a preorder basis. This section applies only while preorders are open, and will be removed once we are shipping from stock held on hand.

By placing a preorder you acknowledge that:

  • Your order will not be dispatched immediately
  • Orders are dispatched within 8-10 weeks after purchase
  • An estimated delivery date range is shown at checkout before you pay, and confirmed in your order confirmation email
  • Estimated dates are a guide and may change; we will contact you if there is a significant delay

You may cancel your preorder at any time before it is dispatched for a full refund, including any shipping paid. See our refund policy for full details.

Pricing and currency

Prices are shown in your local currency where we support it, and otherwise in US dollars. Currency conversion is handled by Shopify at checkout. We are not responsible for any currency conversion or foreign transaction fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

Prices may change without notice. The price shown at the time you place your order is the price you pay.

Where duties and import taxes are collected at checkout, they are shown separately in your order total. Where they are not collected, they may be charged to you by the carrier on delivery. See our shipping policy for details by destination.

Payment

We accept payment via Shopify Payments, major credit and debit cards, PayPal and Afterpay. Payment is taken at the time of order. By submitting your order you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product designs, insert designs and images, is the intellectual property of WTF Journals and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission. If you share our content on social media please credit @wtfjournals.

User conduct

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, or to attempt to access areas of our site you are not authorised to access.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WTF Journals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence, including rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Australian Consumer Law, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and EU consumer protection law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts, without limiting any statutory rights you may have in your own country, including the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where consumer law gives you that right.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Orders are governed by the terms in force at the time the order was placed.
