Our commitment
We want you to love your WTF Journal. If something isn't right, we want to make it right. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
30-day returns
You may return any item for any reason within 30 days, starting from delivery of the last item in your order. This window extends to account for weekends and public holidays.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all components included. To start a return, email hello@wtfjournals.com with your order number.

Return postage
You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.
Preorder orders
WTF Journals currently operates on a preorder model. Orders are dispatched within 8-10 weeks after purchase, and an estimated delivery date is shown at checkout before you pay.
You may cancel your preorder at any time before it is dispatched, for a full refund including any shipping paid. Email hello@wtfjournals.com to cancel.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your journal arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will replace it or refund it in full. Email hello@wtfjournals.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage or defect. We cover return postage in these cases.
EU and UK customers — right of withdrawal
If you are purchasing from the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This period begins on the day you receive the goods, or the last item in your order.
Our 30-day returns policy above is more generous than this statutory minimum. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights.
You may also cancel at any time between placing your order and receiving it.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, tell us clearly before the 14 days expire, by email to hello@wtfjournals.com or by using the model withdrawal form below. Once you have told us, return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and within 14 days of the day we receive the goods back, or receive evidence that you have returned them, whichever is earlier. We will refund using the same payment method you used.

Digital products
Where you purchase a digital download, you will be asked to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins. If you do not give that consent, your download will be made available after the 14-day withdrawal period has passed.
New Zealand customers — Consumer Guarantees Act
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under that Act or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Australian customers — Australian Consumer Law
If you are purchasing from Australia, you have rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. If a product has a major failure you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If a product has a minor failure we may choose to repair, replace, or refund. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If you paid via Afterpay, refunds are processed through Afterpay directly. Refunds to EU and UK customers exercising their right of withdrawal are processed within 14 days as set out above.
