Where we ship
We ship worldwide from Auckland, New Zealand, to New Zealand, Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, all 27 European Union countries, and to Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates.

Preorder dispatch times
WTF Journals currently operates on a preorder model. Your order is not dispatched immediately.
Orders are dispatched within 8-10 weeks after purchase. An estimated delivery date range is shown at checkout before you pay, and is confirmed in your order confirmation email. By placing your order you agree to this delivery period, which is longer than the 30-day default that would otherwise apply.
If your order is going to be delayed beyond the estimate given, we will email you. You may cancel your preorder at any time before it is dispatched for a full refund, including any shipping paid.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the contents of your order. Free standard shipping applies to New Zealand orders over NZD $80.
Delivery times
The times below are transit times only, and begin once your order has been dispatched. They are in addition to the preorder dispatch window above.
- New Zealand: 2-5 business days
- Australia: 5-8 business days
- United Kingdom, United States and Canada: 7-12 business days
- Rest of world: 10-15 business days
Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Customs processing, public holidays and peak periods can add delays outside our control.
Duties, taxes and import charges
How import charges are handled depends on where your order is going.
New Zealand. Domestic orders. No import charges apply.
Australia, United States, United Kingdom and the European Union. Any applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, and are included in your order total. Your parcel is shipped duty paid and you will have nothing further to pay on delivery.
Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates. Import duties and taxes are not collected at checkout. Depending on your country's thresholds, your carrier may charge import duty, tax and a handling fee before delivering your parcel. These charges are set by your government, not by us, and are your responsibility. Many orders fall below local thresholds and attract nothing at all.
If you are unsure, we recommend checking your own country's import rules before ordering.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched. Please allow a few days for tracking to begin updating, particularly on international services.
Delivery addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We are not able to redirect parcels once dispatched, and we cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by you. If you spot a mistake, email hello@wtfjournals.com as soon as possible and we will amend it if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Lost, delayed or refused parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of the end of the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.
If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us because import charges were not paid or delivery was not accepted, we will refund the value of the goods less our outbound shipping costs and any charges incurred in returning the parcel.
Risk and title
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
